Bud is a painter whose strong command of the human figure is at the root of his fine art and illustration work. His keen study of life yields a cleverly abstracted and stylized realism. This has led him to work for companies such as Wizards of the Coast, Scientific American and Suntup Editions - as well as private commissions for portraiture that have been collected internationally. For more than a decade Bud has been imparting his creative knowledge as a college art instructor, simultaneously exhibiting his fine art and illustration work in solo and group exhibitions in galleries throughout the country. Bud holds a BFA in Painting and Printmaking from Rhode Island College.
