Evening Showcase Artist
Morgan Pallas
Morgan is a self-taught watercolorist from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She focuses on creating fantasy and nature- themed work.
Morgan now resides in Lebanon county, Pennsylvania with her husband, daughter, cat, rabbit and chickens. She lives in the woods and draws inspiration from the wild around her, mythology and folklore.
She began her journey as an artist from a young age, Morgan's parents consistently nurtured her inclination towards creating art, whether it be drawing painting, sculpting, metal smithing or crocheting.
In July of 2023 Morgan's mother passed away from cancer. Her mother's illness and death woke her up. Morgan decided to stop putting off her dream of being a full-time artist, and with the support of family and friends, she began sharing her work online, showing paintings at art shows, and has been creating non-stop since.
Morgan believes that as humans we are creators. It's important that each person makes time to create with raw materials. Whether it's cooking, sewing, building, drawing, embroidery, etc.- she could go on-. Morgan believes that where there is creativity, there is freedom. And the creative spark is in us all.
