2026 IX art show

Submit Your Art

To assist artists who may be interested in participating in IX Arts events/shows, here is an overview of the submission/acceptance process for IX Arts events. Since there are two parts to the IX show, there are two different submissions processes to consider.

Traditional Media Only

Main Show

As per usual, the 2026 Main Show artists will be selected by a panel of judges, so if you wish to participate in the Main Show next year you should submit your work to the jury via the IX submissions system, which utilizes the regular IX/IX Gallery artist portal at www.ixartists.com.

If you already have an account on the system just log in and select six pieces from your gallery to submit to the jury by clicking the orange check box next to the pieces you wish to submit. (You can, of course, upload new pieces or use existing ones.) If you have been in the Main Show or Showcase since 2022,  you have an account. If you didn’t get around to using it, put your email in, reset your password, and then log in.

If you do not have an account yet, then you will need to create one (You will be able to use this account for Main Show submissions, Showcase table purchases, display gallery management and, if eligible, IX Gallery sales, so it’s a useful thing to have!)

Go to www.ixartists.com and click on the “Register” link at the bottom of the page. Select a username and an email address—and remember that, if you are using a gmail address, it is likely to put our confirmation email into spam, so check accordingly. The system will send you an email to confirm your registration—just click on the link in the email, then select a password and log in.

In either case, once you are logged in to your account, you can use the “Edit Profile” section to upload a head shot and bio if you have not done so previously. The “Add New+” button will allow you to add artwork to your gallery, and clicking the orange check box by a piece will select it for jury submission. You must submit six pieces to the jury.

The jury for the 2026 show is:

• Morgan and Jean Bantly – founders, The Bantly Collection

• Scott Graham – founder/director, The Imaginariad Singapore

• Ella Laytham – art director, Saga Press

• Lauren Stump – curator, The Korshak Collection

• TBA

Evening Showcase

2026 Showcase tables will go on sale on January 15, 2026.

The IX Showcase is not juried. There is no submission or approval process – Showcase tables are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Showcase tables go on sale in mid-January, and generally, sell out quickly. After tables are sold out we will take names for our waiting list, but if you want a Showcase table the best method is to get one while they are on sale.

We will announce the date and time that tables will go on sale on the IX Arts website, our Facebook page, and via our mailing list at least two weeks in advance of the actual on-sale date. Again, if you are interested in exhibiting in the Showcase, please sign up for our mailing list.
