Abigail Platter
Abigail Platter illustrates primarily in watercolor, sharing her gestural interpretations of the natural world, classical stories, and ancient themes.
She graduated in Illustration from Seattle Pacific University in 2014, and went on to study for 2 years at the Watts Atelier of the Arts Online, where she became an assistant grading student work.
Over the last 10 years her other work has included commissions, illustrations, and gallery works, design, and art direction. Since 2019 She has taught at The Workshop Academy, an online art and design school, and she began teaching at SPU in 2020. Grief House, Her first solo show opened on Feb. 12, 2022 in the Nickerson Studios at Seattle Pacific University.
